About The Position

Client Engagement Specialist: Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy real estate environment? We’re expanding our team in the following convenient locations: Ellicott City, Frederick, and Towson (MD), and Chantilly (VA) —and looking for driven professionals who know how to connect, convert, and collaborate. This is not a call center—we engage directly with real people, building meaningful relationships! This is a full-time, in-office position that requires evening and weekend availability. A valid Maryland and/or Virginia Real Estate License is a must.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to multi-task
• Tech-savvy and able to learn various computer programs and internet-based software
• Valid Maryland and/or Virginia Real Estate License

Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
• Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems
• Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs
• Maintain relationships and engage with past clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals
