About The Position

We are building our new Orlando Client Engagement Center and are looking for ambitious, coachable professionals who want to grow with us. This is not a customer service position; this is a performance-driven role responsible for guiding prospective clients through the consultation process, scheduling appointments, and helping families connect with the legal resources they need. In this inside sales opportunity, you will learn how to convert inquiries into appointments, guide prospective clients through the next step in their legal journey, and become part of a high-performance sales organization. No legal experience is required. We provide extensive training, coaching, and development.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients who have contacted the firm seeking help
• Build rapport and trust quickly
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs
• Explain the consultation process and next steps
• Schedule appointments with our attorneys
• Collect consultation fees when appropriate
• Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet booked
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
• Participate in daily coaching and sales training
