Our client in the B2B consulting space is looking for a Client Engagement Consultant – CRM to add to their remote team in the United States. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, lead discovery conversations, uncover business needs, and identify ways clients can get more value from their Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM. You will clarify unclear requests, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and translate client goals into clear next steps for internal technical teams. Our client is looking for someone with strong B2B client-facing CRM or account management experience, business acumen, and experience gathering requirements or managing client-driven projects. Hands-on Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM experience is required, but consultative communication and business understanding outweigh technical depth. This is a great opportunity to own client relationships, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and make a direct impact in a small, collaborative consulting environment.
