Client Development Manager
About The Position

This position is responsible for developing, monitoring and maintaining client relationships that result in sustainable and profitable business; seeking, developing and securing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic business and tactical action plans and participating in related marketing and business activities for appropriate service line.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong and diverse business/industry network
- Develop relationships with new/existing clients to discover project and program information
- Conduct market research and gather information on potential markets, clients and projects
- Develop, monitor and implement strategic business and action plans for potential markets, clients, and projects
- Monitor client performance trends/issues utilizing CRM
- Obtain feedback from clients to assess past JMT performance.
- Develop correction action plans, as necessary
- Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposals to effectively position services and secure new business opportunities.
- Participate in training and development of future firm leaders
- Involved in Professional organizations, committees, and Officer positions
- Develop and report on Metrics of Marketing success
- Perform other related duties as assigned
