As our Client Coordinator on the Business Insurance team, you’ll provide assistance to the client service team members in the billing and processing of new and renewal clients. This role is responsible for a variety of daily servicing tasks in support of a designated team or book of business. The ability to work independently and in a team is critical to this role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, required.
1+ years of experience working in customer service
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required.
Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Nice To Haves

Prior commercial insurance experience
Property/Casualty License
College degree
