As our Client Coordinator on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll work closely under the direction of the Employee Health & Benefits Client Management team. This position will provide administrative support, system maintenance and development of employee communications. Responsibilities also include reviewing policy details for accuracy, assisting with creation of enrollment materials, routine service support and carrier implementation.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • State Life & Health insurance license (required within 3 months of hire)
  • Strong administrative skills with some office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate deliverables, with effective problem solving and resolution skills
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, project planning and management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required
