About The Position

The Client Coordinator provides centralized administrative support to our production and service teams to allow a seamless execution of our service strategy. Client Coordinators are passionate administrative professionals who can effectively manage their workflow around competing priorities without sacrificing service quality, and deliver consistent, high-end results on schedule. As a Client Coordinator, you are an Artisan, accommodating and analytical while producing highly precise and accurate work. You are respecting and seeking direction, requiring strong structure and adherence to the rules, with an eye for managing detail-work and always following through.

Requirements

  • An academic background consisting of post secondary education, certificates, industry programs, etc. is preferred.
  • Willing to invest time in extensive training and obtaining insurance industry related professional designations such as CIP, CRM and CAIB.
  • Must hold a General Insurance License or willing to obtain.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy and business acumen with a focus on customer service and the overall client experience.
  • Skill in analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, teamwork, communication, innovation, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with internal Broker Management Systems (EPIC) considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, live our values, and drive business relationships for the company by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build rapport and relationships, ensuring strong long-term relationships are created by providing an industry-leading level of support to clients in maintaining their insurance needs.
  • Process documents including new business, renewals and endorsements within EPIC.
  • Timely follow up on outstanding documents from the Insured or Insurer.
  • Ensure EPIC workflows are followed including maintaining and updating claims information.
  • Ensure accurate and timely servicing and invoicing of accounts.
  • Other duties as required.
