We are looking for a top-tier Sales Consultant who wants to treat this role like their own business. This role offers a "hunter" mindset, a love for clinical beauty, and the drive to earn nearly six figures. Because we are scaling fast, we prioritize promoting from within for future leadership and multi-unit management roles. As a Client Consultant Specialist, you are the face of our brand and the engine of our growth. You will drive revenue by conducting expert consultations to sell memberships, injectables, high-end packages, and wellness programs. You will also be the expert by staying ahead of the curve on the latest medical aesthetics, technologies, and treatment protocols, and create five-star experiences, ensuring every client feels empowered and confident from the moment they walk in.

Requirements

Proven Sales Track Record: You have at least 2 years of direct sales experience with a history of hitting and exceeding targets.
The "Upsell" Instinct: You know how to identify a client’s needs and recommend the perfect suite of services to help them reach their goals.
Professionalism: You carry yourself with the poise and confidence expected in a luxury medical environment.
