About The Position

The Client Consultant Associate joins Gallagher’s Digital Offerings team and contributes to Gallagher Guide’s Total Rewards technology initiative. The role collaborates with colleagues, technical teams, and clients on solution implementations and ongoing support, helping implement client solutions and deliver an exceptional user experience in a timely and cost-effective manner. Under the guidance of more senior consultants, the associate organizes work, manages client workload and accountabilities within time and expense budgets, builds strong client relationships, and develops the ability to complete complex data analytics and quality assurance reviews against detailed requirements. The role also involves solving basic technical problems, communicating information and insights, thinking through complex situations to identify logical alternatives, learning the value of Gallagher’s products and services, and participating in required and additional training.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
0–4 years of related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-starter with good problem-solving skills.
Good listening skills and ability to take direction.
Strong critical-thinking and organizational skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of management and/or clients.
Ability to complete complex data analytic processes and quality assurance reviews of solutions against detailed requirements definitions.
