Best Friends Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced full-time Client Care Specialist to join our dedicated team! As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences while helping pets receive the care they deserve. Our Client Care Specialists are the heart of the hospital—providing personalized service, managing client communications, coordinating appointments, and supporting smooth daily operations. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of client service experience required
- Experience handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Calm and professional demeanor under pressure
- Trustworthy, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for pet welfare and exceptional client service
- Ability to work independently when needed
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Serve as the first point of contact both in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications
- Admit and discharge patients efficiently and accurately
- Maintain client accounts and process payments
- Assist with client education and support
- Handle inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service
- Support daily hospital operations and front desk workflow
