About The Position
The Premier Veterinary Group is now hiring a full- time Client Care Representative to join our outstanding team in our BRAND NEW facility in Mundelein, IL!! Requirements
- 1 year of experience in veterinary medicine OR completion of a veterinary assistant program if preferred, but not required!
- Understands and appropriately applies procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise
- Can multitask, prioritize, self-motivate, work well with others and have a strong work ethic
- Able to handle/restrain, sometimes fractious animals, weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted

- Completion of a veterinary assistant program
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Reliable and have follow-through with all work-related tasks/projects.
- Able to work afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Understands and appropriately applies procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise.
- Can multitask, prioritize, self-motivate, work well with others and have a strong work ethic.
- Able to handle/restrain, sometimes fractious animals, weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
