About The Position

Freedom Caregivers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join their team as a Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) in Canton. This role involves ensuring clients receive exceptional care while supporting and mentoring field caregivers. The position offers full-time stability with a Monday-Friday schedule, PTO accrual, health coverage options, paid training, mileage and travel time reimbursement, a daily pay option, and career growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, passionate about helping others, has experience as an HHA or STNA, flexible availability, strong communication and customer service skills, is comfortable with smartphones and mobile apps, and can adapt quickly and build strong relationships.

Requirements

• Experience as an HHA or STNA
• Flexible availability between 8 AM – 6 PM Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
• Ability to adapt quickly and build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License
• Reliable and consistent transportation
• Current proof of auto insurance
• HHA or STNA certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
• Cover open client shifts when needed to ensure continuity of care
• Train and mentor new caregivers in clients’ homes
• Communicate caregiver updates and performance to leadership
• Uphold agency standards, policies, and professionalism
