About The Position

Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty + Emergency in Alpharetta, GA is hiring full-time Overnight Client Care Representative to join our outstanding team! You are an experienced Client Care Representative dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent care. You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Veterinary-based customer service experience prioritized.
  • Familiarity with EzyVet preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols required.
  • Ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous materials, cleaning chemicals, gas anesthetics, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors.
  • Experience with multi-line telephone systems.
  • Proficient computer skills required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team members required.
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required.
  • Fluency in multiple languages a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary-based customer service experience prioritized.
