About The Position

OpenRoad Auto is seeking a Client Care Representative to join their Client Contact Centre at the Head Office in Burnaby. This is a full-time position focused on providing excellent customer service through managing outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining customer databases. Requirements

  • Multi-tasker who can manage priorities, meet deadlines and work efficiently despite call volumes from clients and staff.
  • Must be able to work in an active, social atmosphere without being distracted.
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills – MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
  • Completed high school education, or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • A second language would be an asset but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a high number of outbound calls (approximately 80-120 calls per day) to provide customers with information regarding service cycle and outstanding campaigns
  • Creates, modifies, and cancels service appointments via phone, email, and text.
  • Reviews customer file for service needs, warranty, outstanding recalls, or campaigns and books the required appointment.
  • Must be comfortable switching between different systems and multitasking throughout the day
  • Completes detailed notes in appointment sections after each appointment.
  • Providing customers with positive experiences through excellent service
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven, high-volume environment
  • Working with multiple software applications and spreadsheets
  • Stay updated on process changes with assigned dealerships
  • Maintaining an updated customer database
  • This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.
