Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Process payments and manage client communications
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout each client interaction
- Support efficient front desk operations and hospital workflow
- Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams, treatments, and procedures
- Safely handle and restrain patients during examinations and treatments
- Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas for patient care
- Assist with laboratory procedures, diagnostics, and treatments as directed
- Maintain clean, organized treatment and exam areas
- Support patient care while promoting a positive client experience
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient workflow and patient care
