About The Position

Isaiah House is a faith-based, nonprofit with a competitive edge, delivering one of the most effective substance use disorder treatment facilities in the state of KY. Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Client Care Navigator in the Lexington, KY. A Client Care Navigator (CCN) is a very important role within the Isaiah House organization. Navigators represent the treatment programs offered by Isaiah House to front-line referral agencies throughout the state of Kentucky. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Knowledge of addiction and substance abuse treatment
  • Connections with community services, organizations, and other public groups is essential
  • If in recovery, must be able to demonstrate one year of continuous sobriety

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Centers of Influences (COI) in the CCN assigned Region
  • Educate COIs on the history, programs and outcomes provided by Isaiah House
  • Field Calls from potential clients who are exploring treatment options
  • Manage travel schedule to counties specifically assigned
  • Maintain database on all COI activity, Client referrals, Clients admitted in ASANA
  • Communicate all new client referrals through CCN supervisor via MS Teams
