About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced, mature, and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Client Care Manager. This role involves both office-based duties, primarily focusing on scheduling and recruiting, and the flexibility to provide field support when needed. The ideal candidate will be proficient with digital software, eager to learn company operations, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. This position offers opportunities for growth within the company and the chance to significantly contribute to program development.
Requirements
- Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to learn & master BrightStar's software system
- Excellent Communication skills
- Able to problem solve
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have at least 6 months in-home care experience
- Must be able to work in a team setting and/or independently
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have good speaking skills
- Must be good with computers and smart-phone skills
- Valid Driver's license
- Current Auto Insurance
Nice To Haves
- Basic Medical terminology helpful
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and recruiting work in the office
- Provide field support as needed
- Learn and understand the company's digital software and daily operations
- Recruit, interview, and hire for programs
- Schedule medical staff for Home Care visits
- Complete general clerical duties timely
