Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in scheduling, customer service, or home care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality service

  • EVV/AlayaCare experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for Personal Care Aides and nurses to ensure seamless client care
  • Communicate real-time updates with caregivers, clients, and families
  • Respond to last-minute call-offs and schedule changes
  • Monitor visits using EVV systems and ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation in systems like AlayaCare
  • Support team reporting, tracking, and coordination needs
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
