Requirements

  • Compassionate and customer focused.

  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and dependable.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous healthcare, home care, and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Conduct client assessments and create personalized care plans.
  • Help Scheduling Team match clients with compatible caregivers.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular follow-up calls and visits.
  • Coordinate with caregivers and office staff to ensure exceptional care.
  • Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
  • Support the office team in delivering the highest quality home care services.
  • Collaborate with scheduling staff to ensure continuity of care.
