Responsibilities

Guiding clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care.
Collecting and organizing required documentation.
Coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting.
Providing regular updates so all parties know exactly where the loan stands.
Monitoring deadlines and proactively solving issues to keep closings on schedule.
Delivering an exceptional client experience from beginning to end.
