About The Position

Are you passionate about helping others and making a direct impact in senior's lives? We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and attention throughout their assessment journey. You’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between our automated system and the clients we serve. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas.

Requirements

  • Comfortable on the phone with older adults — patient, warm, and able to explain things clearly without rushing
  • Detail-oriented — you document accurately and notice when something's off
  • Tech-comfortable — you don't need to be an engineer, but you're willing to learn new tools and platforms
  • Dependable — shift-based work means showing up and being present during your hours
  • Any of the following backgrounds is a great fit: home care, caregiving, medical or dental admin, senior living, call center, customer service, or healthcare scheduling

Responsibilities

  • Review AI call interactions — listen to and evaluate recorded conversations between our virtual assistant and clients, flagging anything that needs a follow-up or missed the mark
  • Make outbound calls to seniors and their families — you're warm, clear, and calm when someone is confused, hesitant, or frustrated with the automated process
  • Schedule assessments — guide clients through next steps and make sure their care assessment gets booked
  • Document everything — log call outcomes, patterns, and feedback accurately in our CRM so the operations and product teams can act on what you're seeing
  • Flag issues to the team — if something keeps going wrong, you speak up; your observations directly improve the product
  • Follow your shift schedule — this is a structured, shift-based role with predictable hours
