Our urgent care clinics serve as a crucial point of care for pets with non-life-threatening issues that require immediate attention but do not necessitate emergency room visits. As a Client Care Coordinator (CCC), you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive client experience, managing communications, and supporting the clinical team.

Responsibilities

Juggle communications and administrative tasks in the Command Center, including teletriage, web chat, emails, and medical records.
Create a positive first impression at the Welcome Kiosk, greeting clients with enthusiasm and empathy.
Answer client questions and provide assistance, even if the conversation does not directly lead to a clinic visit.
Add clients to the waitlist and ensure queue management software is organized and accurate for smooth workflow.
Play an integral role in making Truss Vet one of the best clinics and best places to work.
