About The Position

Classic LifeCare is seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to join their Calgary team. This entry-level role offers significant career development potential within the organization. The Client Care Coordinator will support clients and care staff, ensuring high-quality care. This role involves working closely with Health Care Workers and the Nursing Team, contributing to the company's mission through continuous learning and relationship building. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based setting. Key duties include fostering relationships, managing client care schedules, and providing timely responses to client and staff needs.

Requirements

  • A motivated, adaptable individual with strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening abilities
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • High attention to detail and strong time management, especially under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage new client intake, including entering information and setting up care schedules in our system
  • Coordinate and maintain client and staff schedules
  • Collect feedback via phone and home visits to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as phone support and data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues
  • Assist with HR functions such as screening and interviewing candidates for Health Care Assistant and Nursing roles
  • Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
