Requirements

• Previous staffing, scheduling, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Interview, and onboard caregivers
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments
• Manage call-offs, shift coverage, and daily staffing needs
• Maintain communication with caregivers, clients, and office staff
• Ensure employee records and documentation remain compliant
• Support caregiver retention and overall team operations
