About The Position

SAFE HOMECARE is seeking an experienced and dependable Client Care Coordinator / CNA to join our Tulsa team. This is a unique hybrid position that combines client care coordination and office responsibilities with hands-on CNA work in clients' homes. This is not a traditional 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM office position. The right candidate must be flexible and comfortable working both in the office and in the field based on the needs of our clients and caregivers. This position is ideal for a CNA who enjoys working directly with clients but is also interested in expanding into care coordination and office operations. You'll have the opportunity to develop experience beyond traditional CNA work while continuing to make a direct impact on the people we serve.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma CNA certification is required
• Previous CNA or direct-care experience
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to move between office responsibilities and direct client care
• Willingness to fill CNA shifts when needed
• Ability to adapt as client and staffing needs change
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with client care coordination and day-to-day office needs
• Support client visits and other care-related needs in the field
• Help ensure clients receive consistent, dependable care
• Fill open CNA shifts when coverage is needed
• Step in for caregiver call-offs or unexpected coverage needs
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and the office team
• Help identify and resolve client or caregiver concerns
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to keep client care running smoothly
• Perform CNA duties in clients' homes as assigned
