Our programs support everything from marketing fulfillment and ecommerce distribution to patient support initiatives, training programs, regulated product distribution, and national campaigns.

LMX Solutions is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Care Associate to support our growing portfolio of fulfillment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, merchandising, and ecommerce clients. This role acts as the dedicated day-to-day contact for assigned client programs and is responsible for ensuring seamless execution across fulfillment, warehousing, print, inventory management, ecommerce platforms, and distribution services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, proactive, solution-driven, and capable of managing multiple client programs simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards. This position works cross-functionally with Operations, Inventory Control, Quality, Print Production, Shipping, IT, and Project Management teams to ensure programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and within established service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in account coordination, fulfillment, logistics, ecommerce, customer service, or supply chain environments
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Nice To Haves

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, merchandising, or ecommerce accounts considered an asset
• Experience with WMS, ecommerce platforms, ERP systems, Shopify, ShipHero, or similar systems considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated day-to-day contact for assigned client programs.
• Ensure seamless execution across fulfillment, warehousing, print, inventory management, ecommerce platforms, and distribution services.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Inventory Control, Quality, Print Production, Shipping, IT, and Project Management teams to ensure programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation.
• Ensure client documentation and workflows remain organized and current.
• Provide clear direction and communication to internal teams.
