About The Position

This remote role is for people who live in Alabama. The representative works from home and meets by phone and video with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance. No sales or insurance background is required; training and help obtaining a license are provided. The role requires an Alabama resident life and health insurance license before working with clients, but applicants do not need a license to apply. The company guides representatives through the pre-licensing course and state exam. This is a 1099 independent contractor position paid entirely on commission from completed sales, with no base salary. The stated annual pay range is $75,000 to $120,000; earnings depend on activity, consistency, and results and are not guaranteed. The company charges no fees for training or onboarding. Any applicable state licensing costs are paid directly to the state licensing authority.

Requirements

Live in Alabama.

Be able to stay organized and manage daily activity.
Be comfortable working independently with support.

Responsibilities

Connect with people who have requested information about coverage; no cold calling.
Understand clients' needs and present suitable life insurance options.
