About The Position

This role is for someone who enjoys staying busy, moves quickly between conversations, and feels energized by a high volume of outbound calls and emails. At Aqua Life Swim Academy, our Client Care & Sales team speaks with families who are actively looking to register for swim lessons. This is a phone-heavy, high-pace role where efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism matter. If you like structure, momentum, and a steady flow of calls, you’ll do well here.

Requirements

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort handling back-to-back calls and inquiries
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Ability to work Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in call-center, client care, or sales roles

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of outbound/inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Speak with clients, assess needs, and recommend appropriate swim programs
  • Convert inquiries into registrations in a clear and professional manner
  • Follow up on incomplete registrations and warm leads
  • Manage client accounts, schedule changes, and general questions
  • Accurately document interactions in our CRM (GoHighLevel / Google Workspace)
  • Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth client experience
