About The Position

Join the team at Square Cow Moovers as a Client Care Agent and play a key role in driving our success. In this in-office position, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, booking moves, and supporting clients through clear communication and outstanding service. As a Client Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for most clients, ensuring a positive and professional impression. You will handle incoming calls to book moves by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate services. You will also provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with care, and manage customer service calls and escalate issues to the appropriate manager when necessary. Your role is essential to Square Cow Moovers’ mission to SERVE. Your friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach will help clients feel confident in their moving experience and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site at our Cedar Park, TX, office.
• Ability to communicate effectively through phone, email, and text.
• Understanding of Square Cow Moovers’ services and operations.
• Skills in selling packing and moving services.
• Proficiency in accurately booking jobs using move management software.
• Capability to handle customer service calls and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
