Williams & Helde Inc. is seeking a Client Business Manager to join our Account Service team in Seattle. This is a senior, client‑facing role for someone who brings confidence, clarity, and strong project leadership. As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a primary day‑to‑day partner for clients, manage complex integrated programs, and help guide both internal teams and client stakeholders through strategic and executional work. You will be expected to think beyond task completion and contribute to how engagements are shaped, managed, and improved. This role requires a strong commitment to project management, clear writing, and steady leadership. You will be trusted to own details, timelines, and delivery while supporting higher‑level thinking and maintaining WH’s standard of care and quality. Projects may include brand and communications playbooks, integrated campaigns, PR‑led programs, content, social and email marketing, video, and digital advertising. The work is varied, non‑repetitive, and requires comfort with complexity.
