As a Client Service Manager, you'll be the go-to person for a group of accounts, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with care and expertise. You'll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth while contributing to Gallagher's legacy of trust and service.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Infrequent out of town travel required.
Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of small business accounts, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality solutions.
Be the primary contact for clients, guiding them through renewals and delivering tailored insurance options.
Build strong relationships to secure existing business and uncover opportunities for additional services.
Directly support Gallagher's mission to help businesses thrive and communities prosper.
