The CBM II - Registered is responsible for the performance and talent management of all sales, investment, and fiduciary support associates in their Private Bank market. As such, this role is also responsible for ensuring the markets delivery of the client service experience. Will also drive execution of strategic initiatives, risk management and oversight, and client and business management functions across the market. May also have ownership of budget/financial management, personnel processes, client service processes and events. Only those associates with FINRA licenses are to be mapped to this job code. Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. Requirements

  • Securities licensure requirements include the Series 7, 63, 65 and 66 (or equivalent) and Series 24 (or equivalent), which must be obtained within 90 days of starting this role if not already completed
  • 4+ years’ experience private banking or complex financial services experience OR equivalent financial services/business experience
  • Knowledge of Private Bank/fiduciary client and risk/oversight functions and products
  • Ability to implement business strategy and various strategic initiatives
  • Prior management experience required
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities
