About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture within the retail store to help achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role focuses on delivering approachable, efficient service, building relationships with clients, and supporting a welcoming, productive store environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client-services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate matters when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and build a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for store guests.
• Foster a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the front of house and stock space.
