About The Position

This role focuses on creating a positive culture within the retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. The Client Associate will be responsible for instilling an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor, connecting with in-store clients to drive individual sales goals, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of apparel each season. The position also involves participating in store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to foster repeat business, adhering to client service standards and company policies, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. The role emphasizes fostering a friendly, open, and inviting environment, as well as a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable
• Ability to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings and holidays
• Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit, fabric and intended use of the line
