Schraad Sales & Marketing Food Brokerage is seeking a full time administrative Client and Customer Support Analyst in our Oklahoma City, OK office. The Client and Customer Support Analyst is the main point of contact for the GenWeb database. The primary duty is to ensure all clients are set up timely and accurately.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills, and be able to effectively communicate with others.
  • PC Proficiency and strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook required.
  • Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, copier.
  • fluent English is required

  • Experience using GenWeb system

Responsibilities

  • Set up new clients and items immediately upon notice of authorization.
  • Maintain and update order management system data for all authorized items with correct pricing and product specifications for all clients immediately upon receipt of new information.
  • Maintain and create hierarchy for each client and customer based upon company entity and business manager responsible for sale.
  • Maintain and create hierarchy for each Branch that includes correct customers and corresponds with company entity structure.
  • Maintain and update order management system data for commission rates for all clients based upon executed contract.
  • Ensure ALL manufacturer’s price sheets are scanned and maintained on shared “O” Drive in folders sorted by customer and manufacturer.
  • Ensure system is set up to receive orders and invoices electronically.
  • Ensure orders and invoices are received at the appropriate company email address if a manufacturer order is not available to be processed electronically.
  • Cross train on Customer Service/Order functions.
  • Perform special assignments for the company as needed.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, clients and co-workers
