Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families
  • Provide personalized guidance based on each client’s needs and goals
  • Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Support clients through enrollment and provide ongoing follow-up
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards
  • Manage schedules and appointments to stay organized and productive
  • Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team collaboration
