The Client Advisor will be assigned to a base of existing customers with the objectives of developing relationships with those clients, enhancing the value of the Bridgepointe brand within those clients, and helping to retain and grow the type and quantity of services sold to those clients. They will act as a liaison between the client and the suppliers the client sources through Bridgepointe to ensure the client receives the required support from each supplier. They will act as an extension of the clients team as it relates to understanding the clients technology needs and roadmaps; and help them achieve those objectives through the services offered in the Bridgepointe portfolio. In some cases, the Client Advisor will work collaboratively with the original sales personnel to accomplish their primary goals. A Successful Client Advisor will ensure they are speaking to each customer assigned to them on a regular basis, achieve a monthly sales quota and retention objective, support the client’s needs as it relates to the services provided through Bridgepointe, and lead/conduct professional Client Account Reviews and Executive Summaries to target all levels of audiences within the client organizations. Potential travel will be required to meet with key clients and internal business meetings.
