About The Position

St. Jude House is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Client Advisor to join our team! We are looking for someone with a heart for service and a commitment to trauma-informed care, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed is also required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Prior experience working with a diverse population.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with domestic violence survivors is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residential clients with daily needs, as requested.
- Answer crisis calls and help callers connect to necessary services.
- Complete initial intakes and orient new clients to the shelter.
- Assist clients when exiting the shelter.
- Assist with record keeping and data entry.
