About The Position

BMW of Silver Spring is now hiring experienced luxury Sales Consultants / Advisors who will take pride in representing the BMW brand and developing long-term client relationships. If you can add immediate value to our high-line team, we want to talk to you!

Requirements

  • 3 years of luxury or high-end sales experience
  • Self-starter with strong initiative with a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Sales or related commission-based experience in a retail or hospitality industry; automotive sales experience preferred
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, tech savvy
  • Valid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of dealership vehicles
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources
  • Present pricing options and negotiate pricing
  • Provide high level of customer service before and after the sale
  • Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner
  • Invest time in continuous product knowledge training
