Twin Falls Subaru is hiring a Client Advisor for our Trade Up Advantage program. In this role, you will approach happy Subaru owners in the service lounge and present them with good news about their vehicle's value. You will access their personalized Trade Up Advantage sheet from Subaru CareConnect, which estimates their current Subaru's worth. You will explain their vehicle's value and how it may bring them closer to a new Subaru. When a guest expresses interest in an exact figure, exploring other vehicles, or moving forward, you will introduce them to a sales representative to handle the next steps. This position focuses on initiating conversations with loyal Subaru owners during their service visits, acting as a friendly point of contact. It is not a high-pressure sales role; success comes from being easy to talk to, initiating conversations, and planting seeds for future opportunities. The typical workday is Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the service team.
