About The Position

The Client Advisor Solutions Lead is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team of dedicated professionals focused on delivering an exceptional experience to Bessemer’s ultra-high-net-worth clients. This individual will play an important role in the continued development and enhancement of Bessemer’s Client Advisory service model across Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Family Office Services. The role will help prioritize and execute key initiatives, support the adoption of financial planning technology, track success metrics, and gather advisor feedback to identify opportunities to strengthen both the client and advisor experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Comfortable with technology and collaborating with technologists.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

  • Support the roadmap for Bessemer's client advisory service model — including how Advisors deliver across Investment Management, Wealth Planning, and Family Office Services — by gathering requirements, tracking initiatives, and flagging tradeoffs.
  • Assist in prioritizing and sequencing initiatives across the advisory experience, helping balance new capability requests against improvements to existing service delivery.
  • Define scope and features for all key initiatives impacting client advisory.
  • Support financial planning technology initiatives (e.g., eMoney), helping drive adoption and gathering Advisor feedback on usage.
  • Track success metrics for initiatives — retention, referral, multi-service adoption, Advisor time-to-value — and prepare reporting materials for senior leadership.
  • Gather feedback and results to inform service model decisions, synthesizing findings for senior stakeholders.
  • Support internal partner relationship management, including scoping and rollout planning under senior guidance.
