About The Position

Holman is seeking a Client Administrator for our Mt. Laurel, NJ location to serve as a primary point of contact for designated clients, handling inquiries and coordinating solutions. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to customer and driver inquiries (internal and external) via phone and email in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal Holman departments to investigate issues and deliver closed-loop resolutions. Accurately log all inquiries, issue details, and resolutions within Holman systems. Provide regular status updates to clients on open items. Process fleet database updates, duplicate material requests, and activation/deactivation of fuel card PINs in accordance with client parameters. Update and audit client profiles and manage communications with third-party vendors. Serve as a dedicated, single point of contact for assigned client(s). Manage end-to-end process coordination for supply chain activities, including acquisition, delivery, and remarketing for a specific client. Host recurring meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams to review topics such as order status, driver concerns, invoicing, and operational updates. Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, independence, and ability to multitask across client and departmental needs.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone communication and active listening.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or retail preferred.
