About The Position

Nuovo Artistic Studios is seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to join their remote team. This role is crucial in connecting with potential clients who have expressed interest in photography experiences through online ads. The specialist will conduct sales pitches over the phone, guide clients through the booking process, and ensure they are qualified and prepared for their studio experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and take pride in preparing clients for their photography sessions.

Requirements

• Natural communicator with a warm, confident, and engaging phone presence
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and make clients feel understood
• Skilled in sales techniques, including discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
• Actively listens, asks the right questions, and adapts their approach to each client
• Resilient and motivated by goals, challenges, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple leads simultaneously
• Positive, energetic, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
