About The Position
The Client Account Specialist is the main point of contact with an established set of external clients to ensure all needs are being met from the time the order is placed, to delivery. Will also coordinate with internal departments to gather information for the clients, in order to answer questions for pricing, delivery, product availability, and shipping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Solid work history
- At least one year of customer service experience in a business-to-business setting
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for an established set of external clients.
- Ensure all client needs are met from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for clients.
- Answer client questions regarding pricing, delivery, product availability, and shipping.
