Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and company offerings.
