As a Client Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, building strong relationships, helping them navigate regulatory requirements, and ensuring their services run seamlessly. Requirements
- 2+ years of total office experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to apply regulatory knowledge in a variety of situations.
- Independent decision-making skills.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment desirable.
- Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred.
- Experience with J. J. Keller services desirable.
- Knowledge of related regulations desirable, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manages the client relationship.
- Serve as the primary interface in an advisory role between J. J. Keller and assigned clients.
- Educate clients on regulatory requirements, providing interpretations and best practices.
- Identify program improvement opportunities to meet and improve safety program objectives.
- Monitor client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements.
- Analyze compliance trends and, if applicable, develop formal improvement programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities.
- Adhere to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.
- Partner with internal teams on complex client inquiries.
- Assist the implementation team with new clients.
- Maintain expertise pertaining to applicable local, state and federal regulations in order to provide education and clarification to clients.
