About The Position
Advanced Rehab Management Services (ARMS) is a health technology company that helps physical therapy providers maximize insurance reimbursement through our proprietary BOOST platform. This is not a medical billing or medical assistant position. While you'll work with healthcare clients and insurance information, your focus will be on client relationships, account management, problem-solving, and coordinating solutions with internal teams. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping clients succeed, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
- Two or more years of professional client-facing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience such as Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts from payment processing through issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary client contact.
- Resolve reimbursement and claim issues.
- Conduct client check-ins and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technology.
- Monitor account performance and maintain accurate documentation.
