About The Position

Advanced Rehab Management Services (ARMS) is a health technology company that helps physical therapy providers maximize insurance reimbursement through our proprietary BOOST platform. This is not a medical billing or medical assistant position. While you'll work with healthcare clients and insurance information, your focus will be on client relationships, account management, problem-solving, and coordinating solutions with internal teams. Requirements

  • Two or more years of professional client-facing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience such as Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts from payment processing through issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary client contact.
  • Resolve reimbursement and claim issues.
  • Conduct client check-ins and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technology.
  • Monitor account performance and maintain accurate documentation.
