The Client Account Lead, Managing Director will drive our expansion and success within the Dept of Army. This executive role is responsible for setting the vision, managing existing P&L, developing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and delivering profitable growth across this vital business sector. This leader must maintain relationships with and ensure the satisfaction of executive clients, while building and leading high performing, highly engaged program teams. S/he must be a hands-on leader, be entrepreneurial by nature, be a positive disruptor, and bring a passion and proven ability for growing businesses and winning in the market. Also, the role requires you to have passion for technology and learning, with a proven track record of helping to introduce and scale emerging technologies and innovations like AI to federal clients. The focus is on bringing the best of Accenture to the clients; building the right mix and technical delivery and sales teams; and, proactively tackling client challenges and strategic opportunities.
