Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred.
- TMS or WMS experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipping documents and enter data into systems with accuracy.
- Communicate load status, schedules, and issues with Walmart, carriers, and internal teams.
- Maintain organized records and assist with reporting and basic office tasks.
- Support yard management and appointment scheduling as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to drivers, customers, and coworkers.
