The primary role of a Liquor Store Cashier is to assist guests with the ordering and payment process. They facilitate money transactions (cash/credit/debit). Cashiers are tasked with counting the cash register drawer contents at the end of each shift and maintaining withdrawals, records, and receipts. They are also responsible for checking supplies and materials and reporting when stock is low. Candidates are expected to retain knowledge of the point of sales system, beverages and items sold in the store and conducting identification of customers that align with the Serving it Right procedures.
